Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

Package Your Item

Securely pack your dress in its original packaging with all designer tags intact and include the return packing slip inside the box.

Drop Off and Process

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected by our team, your store credit will be issued via email within 5-7 business days.
